Simon Greenwood
I have competed and coached in the CrossFit space for over 15 years and now the founder of Clubhaus.
My vision and objective with Clubhaus has always been to positively impact the local and wider community with health and fitness but to also strengthen the network between CrossFit gyms in the Oxfordshire area.
I have a strong passion for longevity of health and feeI I have honed my expertise into creating a training environment that caters for everyone, no matter their starting point.
I will always dedicate myself to elevating my own coaching practice whilst I continue to do my best on the gym floor to offer a top-tier service with a commitment to guiding and encouraging individuals toward their full potential.

Stu Widdows
I’ve always been active and enjoyed playing sports. In my early teenage years I started playing Ice Hockey, I played for nearly 15 years. Later in my playing career I began coaching various youth teams in Oxford along with a ladies team, the Oxford Midnight Stars.
I have been a regular gym goer since my early 20’s and started CrossFit in 2020. Like most, I had no idea what to expect from my first class, I didn’t know any of the movements but I was coached through it all, and I absolutely loved it and it’s changed my life.
Through my coaching I aim to deliver not only educational but fun sessions for members, but also help them on the road to achieving something they never thought was possible for them.
I am passionate about helping people and passing on my love of CrossFit to others and hope it changes people’s lives like it did mine.

Bianca-Jade Du Preez
My name is Bianca but everyone calls me B! I have always had a passion for health and wellness.
My first job after school was coaching CrossFit to adults and children in South Africa in 2016. I then immigrated to England in 2019 and found myself drawn back to the sport where I coached alongside Simon.
During this time, I completed my degree in Biomedical Science. I currently work as a Scientist in Research and Development at Abbott.
I look forward to being part of everyone's CrossFit journey at Clubhaus.

Leighton James
Having served over 20yrs in the military I have always been involved within fitness in one way or another.
By participating in sports and being part of an education team within the military, it was always my intention to merge my passion for fitness and my passion for helping people into one, which is where I am today.
I believe my role as a coach is to ensure anyone who I interact with can find enjoyment, be fit, stay healthy and injury free for as long as possible so they may fulfil an active life outside of the gym. For those who have competitive ambitions, I aim to help them fulfil their athlete potential through a systematic training programming and skill development to identify gaps within their arsenal and get them as prepared physically and mentally as they can be for the challenges they face.

Sasha Constance
Hi, I’m Sasha, a dedicated yoga instructor with six years of experience. Vinyasa is my primary focus, but I also teach Power Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Hot Yoga, and Breathwork.
My approach to yoga is deeply rooted in the connection of breath and movement through the body, with a focus on healing and transformation. I’m passionate about guiding students in their growth, from building strength and skills to finding inner calm and clarity, always with a holistic approach to life transformation.
Yoga drew me in for two reasons: it cultivated deep body and mental awareness, and it provided a powerful physical and emotional release—helping me connect more authentically with myself.

Hannah Bailey
I am passionate about confronting the social static behaviours and encouraging everyone to understand the real benefits of movement and health.
I taught many years of Sport Science in further education and I am now a current board member for 2 primary school governing bodies, with a focus on the PE curriculum and development.
I have found the CrossFit methodology to posses the highest efficacy for anyone who wants to see results, big or small; as a keen sport climber myself, CrossFit has had a potent effect on my overall proficiency. I’m so excited to be sharing the journey with you all
